Well, Dean and I decided to register for the Aramco Houston Half Marathon in January. I guess we signed up just in time because the race is already sold out. Unbelievable....it is 6 months away. This is a goal I still want to reach and Dean will help me reach it. He ran in it several years ago. I tried training two years ago and overdid it. Much to my disappointment I had to sit it out due to a knee and shin injury. This year I will ease into training and hope my trainer will be nice to me! I can't wait to cross that finish line!

You go girl! Billy and I were just talking about doing one and we heard it was sold out. Maybe we will go to Dallas or San Antonio. We all need goals and signing up is the first step! :)
I joined Woodlands Fit running group again this year. Frank and I are also running the 1/2....so we will be there with you- hopefully. :0)
